Annual Rabies Vaccination

I went to the vet for my yearly rabies jab today and received a certification and a blue round tag that I have to wear on my collar.

I was looking a little sad here, but that was because I was sleeping and Mom woke me up for these photo shots. This mommy!

Rabies is a fatal viral infection and humans contract rabies when they are bitten by an infected animal. Bats, skunks, raccoons, dogs and cats can transmit the disease. Anyone who has been bitten by an animal or exposed to the rabies virus must seek immediate medical attention.

Rabies vaccinations save lives, so my furry friends, get your rabies shots up to date.

Hi Dino,

Ouch! Hope your vaccination didn't hurt much!

I've had rabies shots too! We don't actually need them here in New Zealand because it is a rabies-free country but I need the vaccination to be able to come and live in Taiwan - which I will be doing soon!

Am really looking forward to meeting you!! :)

Hey Dino!

Rabies is a very dangerous disease. It's good that you had your shot. Luckily in my country, there's no rabies. I'm not so sure I ever got rabies shot but if I do move to the US(coming up very soon), I will have my rabies shot.

Hi Dino.

Each time I had my rabies' shot, I have bad reaction to it - I will feel very weak. I'm dreading my next shot.

Love ,
